Functional Support provides our clients with support for both the functions of the Oracle modules in use and the business processes that those functions represent – for example answering ‘How do I..?’ queries.

We support clients who operate applications across the Oracle E-Business Suite including all the main financial ledger applications (GL, AP, AR, FA and CM, iExpenses), Purchasing and iProcurement, Human Resources and Payroll, Supply Chain and Logistics.
